2/ Wash your boat using CleanAWORX Gelcoat Cleaner Restorer Wash.This product will clean and remove all oxidisation, previous waxes, dirt, grime, soot, droppings, Hull brown mineral staining etc. Pre wash in preperation for Cutting and Polishing process. (This will also remove rust off gel) Gelcoat cleaner restorer wash is also suitable for painted boats.
3/ Cover also mask and protect surfaces that you do not want buffing marks also cutting compound splatter onto. ( rubbers, glass, trim, covers, bimini, vinyl pin stripes, etc.)
4/ Choose a suitable cutting polishing compound grade that will be best suited for the condition of your gelcoat or paint. CleanAWORX MAXI CUT Cutting polishing compounds MC-1 Coarse cut and Polish, MC-2 Medium Cut and Polish, MC-3 Fine Cut and Polish, MC-4 Final Finish.
5/ Choose a suitable polishing machine also polishing pads. Variable speed rotary polishing machine fitted with a double sided wool buff pad,This combination is great for cutting and polishing Gel Coat. Rotary or dual action polishing machines fitted with foam polishing pads are a great option for cutting and polishing 2 pack painted surfaces.
6/ After a satisfactory cutting and polishing process result. Wash clean your boat using CleanAWORX Wash and Wax Boaties Premium Gold. Chamois dry gelcoat, paint, glass, stainless steel.
7/ Apply a good quality wax polish CleanAWORX MAXI WAX Long Life High Gloss sealer Polish. Apply 2 coats for maximum protection.
8/ Clean and polish all your other boat surfaces stainless, glass, covers, bimini's, inflatable boat, teak decks, lockers, bilges, boat interiors.
